Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Administrative Assistant / Junior Food Quality Assurance (QA) Support to join our team and assist with daily office operations. Candidates with a food-related background, especially those with basic experience in food quality assurance (QA), are highly preferred.

Responsibilities
General office support, including answering calls, scheduling, and handling documents
Order processing and follow-up with customers and suppliers
Filing, data entry, and basic reporting using Excel
Internal coordination and communication with various departments
Assist with food product documentation, QA records, and quality tracking

Requirements
Fluent in Chinese or Cantonese (spoken/written); basic English communication required




Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Prior admin or office experience preferred
Background in the food industry or basic food QA is an asset
Detail-oriented, organized, and team-oriented
Ability to adapt quickly in a agile setting while maintaining high attention to detail
