Napsteel is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our customer service team in our Surrey location.

Responsibilities
Processing and entering inventory data accurately using our ERP system
Maintaining records of goods ordered and received
Assisting on tracking incoming goods and responding to inquiries regarding incoming shipment's ETAs
Entering and managing purchase orders
Providing administrative support to management and other staff
Other duties as required

Qualifications
Meticulous attention to detail is required




Organized, effective and strong analytical skills
High level knowledge of Excel, Statistic gathering and formulating
Strong computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn specialized ERP system
Extremely well organized, able to work independently or as a team with a high level of initiative and flexibility and willing to take on new tasks as needed.
Self-motivatedable to problem solve within a quick paced, constantly growing environment
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong interpersonal skills, friendly, approachable and a team player
