Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and quality assurance, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Production skilled to join their team. As a Quality Production, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Production
Location: Lachine, QC
Pay Range: $45/hr - $55/hr
What's the Job?

Execute quality investigations and facilitate root cause analysis with stakeholders

Plan and complete unit-related production quality projects, implementing actions and monitoring effectiveness using quality methods such as 8D and FMEA

Support relocation projects by managing all quality-relevant topics, including transfer of FMEA and 8D records and production release audits

Advise management and business partners on advanced technical quality issues





Ensure and implement production standards, guidelines, and programs within the plant environment

What's Needed?

8-10 years of experience in production quality or related fields

Strong knowledge of quality methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, PDCA, and Poka Yoke

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Experience in managing quality standards and conducting quality reporting and analysis
