As a part of CAA SCO Systems & Services Inc., you'll focus on creating user stories, conducting impact analyses, and developing process maps. With at least three years in Business Analysis, you’ll work closely with architects and developers to enhance our technology impacts. Your role will be pivotal in facilitating decision-making and ensuring that requirements are met through Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform current-state and future-state process analysis
• Partner with tech teams to analyze solution options




• Create comprehensive requirement packs and use cases
• Prepare governance materials for cross-functional forums
• Support UAT planning and defect triage

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field
• 3+ years of relevant Business Analysis experience
• Insurance industry knowledge is preferred
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly
