Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise laboratory operations across Hants and Cobequid locations
• Ensure quality control and efficient testing procedures
• Coordinate staff scheduling and emergency response




• Consult with healthcare providers on service delivery
• Participate in long-term planning and service development

Requirements:
• Licensed Medical Laboratory Technologist with NSRMLS
• Four years of progressive lab experience required
• Management certification or commitment to training
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Deep knowledge of Cerner Laboratory Information System preferred
