Full-Time Physiotherapist: One-on-One Care
Bergin Motion Physiotherapy & Rehab | Barrie, Ontario
Are you looking for more than a treatment room and a patient list?
At Bergin Motion, you’ll join a collaborative, family-owned clinic where physiotherapists have the time, support, and clinical freedom to provide excellent care. We believe meaningful progress happens when clinicians can listen, think, and treat without rushing - and when clients feel known rather than processed.
We’re looking for a full-time Physiotherapist who wants to build lasting client relationships, grow professionally, and become an important part of our clinic community.
Whether you’re an experienced clinician looking for the next stage of your career or a newer graduate seeking meaningful mentorship and support, we’d love to hear from you.
True one-on-one care: No double-booking or managing multiple clients at once
Time to treat properly: 60-minute initial assessments and follow-up appointments of at least 30 minutes
A busy, diverse caseload: Work with clients across a wide range of ages, abilities, diagnoses, and goals
Room to develop your interests: Grow a caseload in an area you care about and bring your unique expertise to the team
A highly collaborative environment: Work alongside clinicians with experience in musculoskeletal, neurological, pelvic health, vestibular, concussion, amputee, and exercise-based rehabilitation
Strong administrative support: Spend more of your time focused on client care
Meaningful mentorship: Benefit from experienced clinicians, collaborative case discussions, lunch-and-learns, and ongoing professional support
An established community presence: Our clients travel from across Simcoe County and Muskoka to access specialized rehabilitation
A welcoming workplace: We value open communication, teamwork, curiosity, and people who genuinely care about their clients and colleagues
The opportunity:
You’ll provide individualized, evidence-informed physiotherapy assessment and treatment in a modern clinic with private treatment rooms and functional rehabilitation space.
Your work will include:
Completing comprehensive physiotherapy assessments
Developing individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
Providing hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, education, and ongoing reassessment
Supporting clients through recovery, performance goals, and long-term condition management
Building strong, lasting therapeutic relationships
Collaborating with physiotherapists and other members of our multidisciplinary team
Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
Contributing to a positive, supportive, and community-minded clinic culture
Who we’re looking for:
You may be a great fit if you:
Are registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, or will be eligible for registration
Believe in thoughtful, client-centred, one-on-one care
Communicate warmly and clearly with clients and colleagues
Are dependable, collaborative, and eager to continue learning
Want to build meaningful professional relationships rather than work within a high-volume treatment model
Are motivated to develop a full caseload and contribute to the continued growth of the clinic
Bring an area of clinical interest or expertise or are excited to develop one
Experience in musculoskeletal, neurological, vestibular, concussion, sports, pelvic health,
or complex rehabilitation is welcome but not required.
New graduates are encouraged to apply. Mentorship and clinical support are available.
What we offer:
A busy and diverse referral base
Competitive commission split based on experience and clinical expertise
Strong earning potential as your caseload grows
Versatile scheduling within a full-time caseload
60-minute initial assessments
Follow-up appointments of at least 30 minutes
Administrative and scheduling support
Mentorship and collaborative clinical support
Lunch-and-learns and ongoing learning opportunities
Private treatment rooms and functional rehabilitation space
On-site gym and rehabilitation equipment
On-site parking
Team events and a supportive workplace culture
