Join our Engineering Stores team as a Maintenance Planner, responsible for scheduling and planning maintenance to boost equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime. Collaborate closely with multiple teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.

In this critical role, you will manage, prepare, and prioritize maintenance work orders while ensuring the availability of necessary resources. You'll work alongside Maintenance, Production, Procurement, and Spare Parts teams to enhance planning efficiency and maximize plant uptime while supporting safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and schedule maintenance work orders for on-time completion
• Review maintenance requests based on risk and equipment priority
• Define scope, tasks, resources, and materials for work orders




• Coordinate with various teams for materials and tools availability
• Ensure accurate registration of maintenance data in CMMS

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in maintenance planning or operations
• Proficient with CMMS and maintenance software
• Robust organizational and planning skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
