As a Bilingual Project Manager at Capgemini Engineering, you will play a crucial role in developing project management standards and methodologies. This position emphasizes continuous improvement and collaboration with stakeholders, including the Portfolio & Project Management Centre of Competencies in Toulouse, France, to align best practices organization-wide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deploy project management standards and best practices
• Create and execute Project Manager development roadmaps
• Coordinate training initiatives with external providers
• Maintain and improve the PMO Google Site resources
• Lead communication initiatives for the Centre of Competencies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related technical field
• Bilingual in English and French, written and spoken
• Experience in project management within complex environments
• PMP certification is a solid asset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
