In this role, you'll work closely with clients to bring their vision to life while guiding projects from early planning through to completion.We're looking for someone who thinks strategically, enjoys building strong relationships, and takes pride in supporting and mentoring others. If you have experience delivering infrastructure projects, especially with government clients, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this could be a excellent fit.As our team continues to grow, this role offers an opportunity to expand your leadership responsibilities and develop into a broader leadership position within the company.Location:This role can be based in one of our Lower Mainland offices (Vancouver, Surrey or Langley), or Kelowna, BC.What You'll DoAct as an Owner's Representative across a range of infrastructure projectsWork with a variety of clients, consultants, and interested parties—both internal and externalLead projects from initiation through to commissioningSupport business development efforts,



including proposals and client meetingsFacilitate project meetings and implement Project Management PlansMentor and collaborate with project managers, coordinators, and contract administratorsEnsure quality assurance and quality control standards are metIdentify, assess, and manage project risksSupport public consultation and interested parties engagement on behalf of clientsParticipate in consultation with Indigenous communities, respecting culture and protocolsCoordinate with consultants, utilities, and interested parties to achieve project goalsTravel occasionally for project workWhat You'll BringA degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.G., Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Architecture)10+ years of experience in project management of infrastructure projectsProven ability to lead projects while keeping client priorities front and centerStrong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skillsExperience working with diverse interested parties, interest and rights holders, including Indigenous groupsPMP or other PMI certification (considered an asset)Experience working with government clients (an asset)Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and strong presentation/writing skillsA valid driver's license and flexibility to split time between office and siteWhat Can We Offer You?The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $165,000 per annum. McElhanney offers fair compensation that is commensurate with the individual's education, experience, skills, and skilled qualifications.



The posted base salary/wage range is representative of the required level of qualifications and experience for the position as noted in the job posting.
