Birch Mountain Enterprises is urgently hiring a Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician for the Fort McKay Incubator Park. Work on off-road equipment with a secure schedule and great benefits.

In this role, you will perform shop and field repairs on a fleet of Wiggle wagon trucks. Candidates with Journeyman certification and at least three years of off-road experience are preferred. You’ll have the chance to work with various equipment, including hydraulic and electronic systems, ensuring all repairs meet strict specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Repair or replace defective vehicle parts and components
• Test repaired equipment for optimal performance
• Maintain accurate repair documentation and work orders
• Uphold shop cleanliness and safety standards




• Attend daily safety and toolbox meetings

Requirements:
• Certified Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician with 3 years’ experience
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
• Knowledge of heavy truck repair, including electrical diagnosis
• Experience with off-road equipment, specifically wiggle wagons
• OSSA certification and ability to pass pre-employment screenings
