• Identify and address product quality issues with BEV powertrain
• Prepare detailed technical reports on findings
• Collaborate with affiliates to solve prioritized concerns
• Coordinate comprehensive testing and evaluations
• Drive continuous improvement with kaizen initiatives

Requirements:
• Degree in engineering
• At least 5 years in a relevant field
• Proven track record in stakeholder collaboration
• Solid leadership presence
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
