Tricon-Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold a positive resident experience by keeping homes and common areas well maintained. The role involves hands-on repairs, responsive service, and collaboration with the site team at The Selby in downtown Toronto.
You will assess requests, complete repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall and painting, and help ensure move-in readiness. On-call rotations and safety compliance are required.
