Trisura Group is seeking an individual to support investment-related processes in their Toronto office. As an Investment Operations and Business Management Associate, you will work closely with the investment team, build expertise in portfolio operations and analytics, and manage multiple priorities effectively. Candidates should possess robust computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office, and ideally have familiarity with Bloomberg.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare recurring portfolio analysis and reporting
• Manage trading support infrastructure and compliance




• Oversee trade settlement processes
• Assist with internal and external presentations
• Contribute commentary on asset classes and securities

Requirements:
• 0-4 years in a middle office investment role
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
• Familiarity with coding languages is an asset
• Experience in AI/automation is a plus
• Progress towards CFA designation is preferred
