In this full-time role as Housekeeping Office and Training Manager, you'll oversee all administrative functions of the housekeeping department. Your responsibilities will include scheduling, payroll management, and staff training programs. Collaborating with the Housekeeping Manager, you’ll ensure a clean, safe environment and support the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee housekeeping office operations and room assignments
• Lead effective onboarding and ongoing training for staff
• Maintain luxury cleanliness standards across the property




• Manage inventory and supplies for housekeeping needs
• Prepare detailed reports on productivity and labor

Requirements:
• Background in hotel or resort housekeeping management
• Strong understanding of hygiene standards and safety protocols
• Leadership experience in staff training and management
