Job Overview The Ticket Booth / ShowPass Coordinator is responsible for managing all ticket sales and admissions operations for home games. This role oversees online ticketing through ShowPass, supports customer service and entry operations, and helps ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming experience for fans attending games.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all game ticket sales and admissions operations.
- Oversee the ShowPass ticketing platform, including:
- Online ticket sales
- Season ticket packages
- Promotional ticket offers
- Sponosorship tickets
- Individual game configuration
- Coordinate ShowPass ticket scanning operations and front gate volunteers during home games. Contacting Volunteer Coordinator when needed.
- Troubleshoot customer ticketing issues, payment concerns, or entry-related questions.
- Ensure efficient and organized fan entry procedures at all games and events.
- Prepare ticketing systems, scanners, and admission materials prior to each game.




- Monitor ticket sales activity and assist with attendance tracking and reporting.
- Overseeing the funds on game nights for Booster Booth, Puck Toss Table 50/50 and Beer Booth.
- Help oversee 50/50 sellers, pregame setting up devices for sales, actioning the drawing of 50/50 winner.
- End of game collections of floats, and game day sales.

Skills Knowledge of ShowPass operations an asset, self-learning online instructions available along with support calls.

Must be proficient with computers and POS. Previous cash handling experience preferred.

Must be able to work well in a fast-paced setting with a variety of people.
