Overview

We are seeking a skilled and energetic TIG/MIG Welder specializing in aluminum to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling high-quality aluminum components and structures. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of durable, precision-engineered products that meet strict quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Perform TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) and MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding on aluminum materials with precision and consistency.
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment to shape and assemble components.
- Conduct rigging, assembly, and installation of welded structures, ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening.
- Operate machining equipment such as calipers, schematics, and measuring tools to verify dimensions and quality standards.
- Maintain safety protocols when working with ductwork, crane operations, forklifts, and other heavy machinery.
- Collaborate with team members on projects involving construction experience, mechanical knowledge, and manufacturing processes to meet project deadlines.





Requirements

- Proven experience in TIG welding of aluminum with a strong understanding of MIG welding techniques.
- Preferred CWB valid ticket
- Lifting max 50lbs
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, calipers, and schematics.
- Familiarity with plasma cutting,, welding safety procedures, and assembly processes.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.
- Experience with rigging, crane operation, forklift handling, and construction environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of schematics related to ductwork or manufacturing systems is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
