Job Title : TIG Welder (Aluminum)

Pay Rate : $23.00 – $30.00 per hour

Shift : Afternoon / Evening Shift (Monday to Friday)

Job Summary

We are seeking skilled TIG Welders with strong experience in aluminum welding to join a growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in production welding, blueprint reading, and maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding specifications
- Perform TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and steel components
- Fabricate and assemble parts using various tools and equipment
- Inspect welds to ensure quality standards and remove any defects or spatter
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality, safety, and productivity
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications





- Minimum 2–3 years of TIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment
- Robust experience with aluminum welding (mandatory)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding procedures
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent
- Welding certifications (CWB, AWS, ASME) considered an asset
- Experience operating shop equipment and tools is an asset

Working Conditions
