In this role, reporting to the Director, Commercial, you will manage a diverse range of contract negotiations, from service agreements to vendor engagements.

Your ability to leverage AI technology will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency of the legal team and the overall business. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective dispute resolution. Key Responsibilities:

- Own and negotiate the entire sales-side pipeline
- Direct vendor contracting and coordinate risk assessments




- Serve as a main legal contact across various teams
- Innovate the contracting playbook using AI solutions
- Handle a wide portfolio of independent legal matters

Requirements:

- J.D. or LL.B. degree, eligible in Ontario
- At least 8 years of experience in technology transactions
- Proficient in SaaS agreements and contract types
- Enthusiasm for AI applications in legal work
- Proven ability to manage sensitive legal matters
