Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our mobile automotive service team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair, ensuring that vehicles receive the highest level of service. This role requires a blend of technical skills, customer service aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.

Duties

- Perform routine mobile oil changes and lube services on various types of vehicles.

- Conduct inspections of vehicles to identify maintenance needs and recommend necessary repairs.

- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for vehicle maintenance tasks.

- Assist customers with inquiries regarding services offered and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

- Collaborate with other technicians to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining quality standards.





- Engage in sales opportunities by promoting additional services that may benefit the customer’s vehicle.

Qualifications

- Previous dealership or mechanic experience is preferred.

- Solid mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair.

- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to vehicle maintenance.

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

- Capable of performing heavy lifting as required during vehicle servicing tasks.

- A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment while adhering to company policies and procedures.
