The right candidateshall:

· Be able to train for position at our Leduc shop, in August and be on location out of town in September.

· Be knowledgeable with industrial, mechanical or construction tools andequipment.

· Be technically skilled, proficient in computerized inventory systems(eg. MS Excel)

· Be physically able to perform tasks while standing, walking and lifting.

· Have previous experience in a warehouse, tool room or inventory controlrole is considered an asset.

· Be eager and willing to learn

· Show ability to listen, follow direction and have high attention todetail

Keyresponsibilities:

· Manage inventory, maintaining accurate records of all tools andequipment, perform regular inventory checks/counts, and order replenishmentswhen necessary

· Distribute tools, issue, receive and track tools using computerized ormanual systems to ensure accountability

· Inspect tools upon return for damage or safety issues, perform basicmaintenance, and remove, repair, or replace, unsafe/unserviceable tools

· Organize the tool crib for efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance withsafety regulations

· Coordinate with purchasing for current inventory and assist production teamsby locating necessary equipment
