Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with servicing commercial accounts and documentation
• Meet clients’ needs and process insurance certificates




• Review policy documentation for accuracy before client delivery
• Contact clients regarding renewal information
• Negotiate coverage terms with insurers to meet client needs

Requirements:
• Level 2 Insurance License or willingness to obtain
• Minimum one year of experience as an Insurance Advisor
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, client-focused environment
