The YMCA is seeking a dedicated individual who is passionate about fostering positive growth in children ages 5-12. In this temporary full-time position starting August 31, 2026, you will supervise staff and manage child-centered programming while ensuring compliance with YMCA policies. You’ll enjoy flexible shifts with opportunities for additional hours for prep work.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead fun indoor and outdoor activities for children
• Supervise staff while maintaining child-to-staff ratios
• Ensure compliance with child care licensing requirements




• Provide coaching and development to your team
• Build positive relationships with families and community

Requirements:
• Minimum 19 years of age required
• Experience working with children or in leadership roles
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Background check mandated before start date
• Willingness to undergo training in child development
