Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with teams on product development
• Manage and draft commercial agreements

Requirements:
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Good standing bar member in relevant state
• 6+ years’ experience, including SaaS in-house role
• Solid knowledge of commercial transaction law
• Preferred location within 25 miles of Denver
