You will provide on-site diagnostics and repairs for various equipment while enhancing your skills through ongoing training. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment
• Support training programs and customer clinics
• Communicate service concerns with customers clearly




• Manage seasonal parts inventory with the Parts Department
• Maintain knowledge of John Deere products and safety regulations

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years hands-on service repair experience
• Valid driver’s license for operation
• Proficient in diagnostic tools and basic computer skills
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to lift 75lbs and operate diagnostic equipment
