Your role will be fundamental in achieving satisfaction targets and fostering team engagement. This full time position prioritizes person-centered approaches and effective communication to create enriching environments for seniors. Key Responsibilities:
Achieve resident and family satisfaction targets
Plan and implement diverse resident activities monthly
Manage and motivate recreation staff and volunteers
Maintain and monitor departmental budget
Develop and enhance resident programs collaboratively Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Recreation Therapy
Minimum one year in a healthcare setting
Two years in program planning within seniors’ care
Excellent leadership and communication skills
