Step into a key role as a City Delivery Planner at our firm. Coordinate overnight operations and enhance freight flow management while supporting the Dock Supervisor effectively.

This position combines both planning and administrative functions, requiring a balance of solid logistical insight and clerical accuracy. You will facilitate smooth operations by preparing dispatch documentation and managing communication between drivers and dock teams. Ideal candidates will bring technical expertise, particularly in route planning and TMS systems.

Key Responsibilities:



• Plan delivery routes tailored to various inbound freight profiles • Load trips into the TMS system to align with operations • Monitor delivery exceptions and adjust plans accordingly • Prepare morning documentation for drivers and dispatch • Act as a liaison to ensure seamless communication

Requirements: • 2+ years' experience in logistics or dispatch roles • Knowledge of the GTA/Southern Ontario delivery landscape • Proficient with TMS software and Microsoft Office • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills • Independent worker with excellent communication
