Job location: Calgary - Head Office
Shift schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off, 8 hours/day (Monday - Friday) for full-time schedule
Term length: 12 months
Term start: January 2027
Term type: Part-time & Full time January - April: Part-time
May - August: Full-time
September - December: Part-time (Part-time being a maximum of 20 hours per week.)

Key Accountabilities: Booking car and hotel reservations for our Canadian Natural employee business travelers




Assist with booking our fly in/out travelers to and from their appropriate work site
Assist the Corporate Travel team with various reports and projects that will benefit the company
What You Bring to The Role: Currently enrolled or within one year of graduating from a Travel and Tourism program
Proficient with the Sabre booking system
Attention to detail and strong communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
