Join Westcan Bulk Transport as a Customer Service Representative, focusing on planning and supporting drivers' daily tasks. This night shift position runs from 6 PM to 6 AM, Wednesday to Saturday. You will match drivers with loads, ensure completion of delivery instructions, and communicate effectively with drivers toward optimal fleet efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Match drivers, trucks, and trailers based on load requirements
• Ensure adequate driver hours of service and compliance
• Communicate any deviations with planned loads




• Take customer orders and enter them into the TMW system
• Provide timely ETA updates and support to drivers

Requirements:
• Prior dispatch experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
• Previous transportation industry experience beneficial
• Outstanding customer service skills and initiative
