In this casual role, you will assist residents with personal hygiene, nutritional needs, and mobility support while encouraging independence. Your work will play a vital role in enhancing residents' quality of life within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with personal hygiene and grooming needs
• Support with eating and hydration, preparing nourishments
• Help residents with mobility, transferring, and repositioning




• Encourage continence and manage urinary and ostomy care
• Document care observations and participate in care plans

Requirements:
• Graduate of a recognized Nursing Assistant Program
• Registered and in good standing with BC Care Aide Registry
• Solid computer skills for health-related technology
• Ability to communicate with residents, families, and peers
• Effective workload prioritization and management
