Are you the person friends and family call when their technologystops working? Do you enjoy taking things apart, customizing them, and figuringout how they actually work?
Maybe you have built a PC and have strong opinions about cablemanagement. Maybe there is a home lab humming in your closet, a game server yourun for forty of your friends, a handheld you have modded twice, or a scriptyou wrote to automate a task that only took two minutes anyway, just becauseyou could.
That is the person we are hiring.
Therole
Edon Management is looking for an IT Help Desk Technician to joinour small, close-knit IT team. You will be one of three, reporting to our ITManager, and you will be the first point of contact for 900+ staff across ourAlberta offices.
The right person enjoys solving problems, learning new systems, andhelping people work through technical issues clearly and patiently.
Whatyou will do
Be the friendly, patient firstline of support through our ticketing system: user accounts, computers, mobiledevices, printers, and phones
Set up, configure, and deploylaptops, desktops, and mobile devices for staff
Troubleshoot Windows 11,Microsoft 365, and the business applications our teams use every day
Handle day to day accountadministration in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
Learn and support our propertymanagement software and other line-of-business tools
Write things down. Documentyour fixes and keep our knowledge base from going stale
