Key Responsibilities:
• Lead negotiations for Outside Counsel Guidelines and client engagement terms

• Provide legal advice on vendor contracts and agreements
• Create guidance materials based on legal research
Requirements:
• Law degree and active membership with the Law Society of Ontario
• 3-4 years of relevant legal experience
• Proven negotiation and communication skills
• Experience designing and delivering educational programs
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
