You’ll take charge of the full-cycle recruitment process while utilizing insights and data to inform your strategies. By fostering strong partnerships and ensuring a positive candidate journey, you will contribute to Riverside's ambitious growth goals by 2030.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive full-cycle recruitment across client groups
• Establish and manage relationships with recruitment partners




• Develop tailored recruitment strategies for diverse roles
• Provide insights and trends to stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement in recruitment processes

Requirements:
• 2–4 years of talent acquisition experience
• Proven track record in managing full-cycle recruitment
• Solid proficiency in modern ATS and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree or HR Management certification
• Experience in FMCG or consumer goods preferred
