In this senior-most individual contributor role, you will report directly to the VP of Engineering while setting the technical direction for our autonomy team. With a deep background in building production systems, you will guide successful implementation strategies in perception, prediction, and planning. Your capability to convert complex, abstract concepts into actionable, running code will directly impact our innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the design of robust perception solutions
• Create predictive models for advanced behavior analysis
• Lead planning strategies for autonomous ground operations
• Foster collaboration across autonomy stacks for system coherence
• Oversee autonomy architecture to align implementation efforts
Requirements:
• 15+ years of hands-on autonomy system experience
• Established history of deploying real-world autonomy systems
• Solid mentor and technical guide without management duties
• Deep expertise in Perception, Prediction, and Planning
• Proficient in C++ and Python for critical system reliability
