As the Indigenous Partnerships Manager, your role is to develop and maintain essential relationships with Indigenous Nations and organizations across British Columbia and Alberta. You will play a key role in fostering economic development and ensuring participation in community projects. Collaborating with various stakeholders will be essential for project success and integration of Indigenous objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate relationships with Indigenous businesses and leaders
• Lead collaborations for Indigenous participation and procurement
• Support strategic planning for economic growth initiatives




• Work with teams to integrate Indigenous engagement goals
• Advise on cultural and legal aspects of partnerships

Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years in Indigenous partnerships or community development
• Education in Indigenous Studies, Business, or related fields
• Familiarity with Indigenous issues in BC and Alberta
• Solid relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Industry experience in construction or engineering is a plus
