Collaborating with university leadership, the Director will drive fundraising effectiveness and foster partnerships within the community. The role includes the management of a high-performing team dedicated to donor relations and stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership for fundraising operations
• Align donor experience throughout the engagement lifecycle
• Cultivate relationships with donors and community partners




• Lead performance management and coaching of philanthropy staff
• Review and track fundraising program effectiveness

Requirements:
• Required bachelor’s degree in related field
• Minimum of 10 years in fundraising or advancement
• Proven ability to manage donor relations
• Experience in leading fundraising campaigns
• Proficiency in relevant fundraising software
