Key Responsibilities:
• Direct acquisition integrations and ensure ASC 805 compliance
• Manage end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounting processes
• Prepare significant financial statements and investor-related reports

• Mentor and develop a team of accounting professionals

Requirements:
• 7+ years in accounting and finance roles
• 4+ years managing direct reports in finance
