This position is designed for professionals with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes. You’ll manage project budgets, track progress, and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity. Your role will include collaboration across departments and maintaining adherence to safety and quality regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise engineering team and ensure timely task completion
• Control project budgets and implement expenditure measures
• Provide training and development to engineers and outside vendors
• Introduce process improvements and monitor technological advancements
• Coordinate with other departments for productive project execution
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in manufacturing engineering or equivalent
• Required Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) designation
• Minimum 3-5 years in a manufacturing engineering setting
• Advanced knowledge of manufacturing principles and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership capabilities
