Reporting to the Executive Director of Human Resources, you'll engage actively with staff and stakeholders to address health and safety concerns effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with staff on health and safety matters
• Investigate workplace bullying and harassment reports
• Develop strategies for psychological health and wellness

Requirements:
• Degree in human resources or relevant discipline
• Preferred CPHR designation
• Background in multi-union environments
• Proficiency in managing conflicts and interpersonal issues
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365 software
