In this full time role, you will independently manage several simultaneous CAPEX projects. Your responsibilities involve engaging with clients, contractors, and various departments to ensure projects are completed safely and effectively according to defined objectives. Continuous improvement in project execution and engineering practices is part of your contribution to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple concurrent technical projects
• Execute according to VAROPreem project methodologies
• Develop scope, schedules,



and quality plans
• Monitor project progress and contractor compliance
• Support project safety reviews and management changes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Over 5 years' experience in industrial environments
• Proven track record in managing CAPEX projects
• Familiarity with industrial safety standards
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
