In this role as Engagement Lead, you will address patient needs and improve recruitment outcomes through effective strategies. Your experience in patient-focused clinical trial processes and stakeholder relationships will be vital in establishing plans that resonate with patients and caregivers alike. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will manage the execution of recruitment initiatives tailored to enhance the clinical trial experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Expertise in clinical recruitment and engagement activities
• 5-8 years in the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors
• Effective project management skills and multi-priority handling
• Solid interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally
