Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee payroll and perks operations in North America
• Lead payroll system consolidation and transformation projects
• Improve payroll processes through stakeholder collaboration

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
• Over 7 years of payroll experience
• At least 3 years managing payroll teams
