Reporting to the Director of Pricing & Renewals Management, you'll enhance deal structures and ensure they comply with company policies while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the entire Deal Desk workflow in North America
• Launch complex deal reviews and address risk factors
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams
• Bridge communication between Legal, Finance, and Operations
• Develop and maintain deal execution templates

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent
• Experience in SaaS deal desk functionality
• CRM expertise, particularly in Salesforce
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
