CNSC is in search of a forward-thinking Director to establish a new division dedicated to nuclear cyber security. This role requires driving collaboration within the organization and across government to inform and enhance security policies. You'll implement essential changes to uphold the integrity of nuclear facilities against emerging cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead a diverse team of security experts
• Develop and implement cyber security regulations and frameworks
• Oversee the continuous assessment of security threats
• Ensure compliance with licensing standards and regulatory changes
• Prepare and lead strategies to mitigate risks related to cyber threats
Requirements:
• Degree in related fields with substantial experience
• Proven track record in senior management advisory roles
• Experience in cooperative resolution among stakeholders
• Knowledge in emergency trends within nuclear and cyber security
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a must
