Reporting on-site, you will be responsible for handling daily operations, enforcing compliance, and nurturing team performance. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct day-to-day protection services and Guard duties
• Oversee the screening of personnel and vehicle checks
• Audit logs and ensure accurate patrol reporting
• Provide mentorship and coaching for Senior Guards




• Lead emergency response and coordinate incident control

Requirements:
• 5+ years in remote-site or industrial security
• Strong supervisory experience in security teams
• Clean Class 5 Drivers License and valid Provincial Security Guard License
• Expert in MS Office and digital documentation
• Current certification in Standard First Aid & CPR
