As part of Fraser Health’s interdisciplinary mental health team, you’ll leverage your expertise in behavioral analysis and individual therapy for clients with developmental disabilities and concurrent disorders. Your responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating therapeutic plans, and mentoring family members and caregivers. Your contributions will help ensure clients receive consistent, high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out functional assessments and gather psychosocial histories
• Provide individual and group therapy based on evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with team members for holistic client evaluations
• Conduct process evaluations and prepare service reports
• Engage in community education regarding mental health
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline
• At least two years of direct therapy experience
• Registration eligibility with a skilled association
• Valid Class V B.C. Driver's Licence
• Effective skills in problem-solving and communication
