As a Supervisor, you will lead a small team, ensuring adherence to internal controls and enhancing operational effectiveness. Solid leadership and effective communication with stakeholders are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the accounts receivable function including cash applications
Resolve account discrepancies and collaborate with other departments
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork




Prepare management reports and monitor key performance indicators
Conduct performance reviews and support team development Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
5 to 7 years of relevant experience in accounting roles
Experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
Bilingual in French and English for effective stakeholder communication
