Drive Process Excellence, Lean Transformation & Operational Performance Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Process Engineer in the travel industry in a hybrid work environment in Dorval, Quebec. We are seeking an experienced Business Process Manager to support the execution of a Business Process Management (BPM) strategy within a complex operational environment. In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders to improve process performance, support process ownership, drive process standardization, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Leveraging Lean methodologies and process management best practices, you will help optimize business operations and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities Conduct gap analyses and collaborate with business leaders to establish process ownership
Facilitate value stream mapping activities using established BPM standards and methodologies
Coach stakeholders on process management standards, tools, and best practices
Support end-to-end process lifecycle management using BPM platforms and tools
Assess process risks and identify opportunities for controls, standardization, and error-proofing
Develop and maintain process documentation, manuals, templates, and supporting materials
Requirements Strong experience with business process management, process mapping, and process improvement initiatives




Demonstrated ability to conduct value stream mapping and document end-to-end business processes
Experience analyzing business processes, developing performance metrics, and establishing benchmarks
Strong understanding of operational processes within maintenance, engineering, supply chain, or regulated environments
Experience implementing process improvements, policies, controls, and technology-driven changes
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Visio
Bilingualism (English and French) is considered a strong asset
