We are seeking a talented Project Leader with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within engineering consulting or construction sectors. You will oversee complex projects, ensuring alignment with client standards and operational goals. Collaborate with diverse teams and lead initiatives that promote safety and quality performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct multifaceted engineering and construction projects through their lifecycle
• Lead teams of engineers, contractors, and consultants effectively
• Formulate project strategies that achieve both technical and commercial goals
• Monitor project scope, schedules, financials,
and risk management
• Establish trusted relationships with clients, enhancing project value delivery
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ project management experience in a relevant field
• Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and construction execution
• Experience in managing contractors and external consultants
• Proven capabilities in project financial management and controls
• Robust proficiency in both English and French is preferred
