As a critical player in our organization, you will bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in a health and safety leadership role. Your expertise will guide the development and execution of comprehensive safety policies throughout our facilities in Canada and the U.S. This role is essential for fostering a culture of safety, conducting training, and participating in strategic oversight of safety management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the implementation of health and safety policies
• Conduct risk assessments and develop safety improvement plans
• Perform safety audits and inspections to identify hazards

Requirements:
• 10+ years in health and safety roles within manufacturing
