In this position, you will utilize over seven years of expertise to deliver accurate cost substantiation for insurance claims and provide estimation leadership on recovery programs. Your collaboration with project managers and in-house divisions will ensure all estimates reflect current market conditions while you mentor junior estimators.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver detailed estimates for diverse portfolio projects
• Prepare substantiation materials for insurance claims
• Develop comprehensive scopes for complex projects




• Ensure realistic budgeting for Owner’s Representative services
• Work with local estimating departments to align pricing

Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in estimating ICI projects
• Robust command of estimating software tools
• Proven ability to lead and communicate with clarity
• Passion for managing complex and time-sensitive projects
• Relevant designations preferred for enhanced credibility
